Sunday, I got up at 11:30. I was very happy. I ate lunch. My mother made zenzai. It was too sweet for me but it was nice. At 2, I went to school to make Christmas presents for children. I have to finish my job. However I can't do alone so I call my friends and I made toys with friends. We talked a lot and made nice presents. At 7, we went home. I went home and ate dinner. After dinner, I want to make cookies. I made cookies for friends. I made many cookies. I enjoyed cooking. I could bake nice cookies. I will give these cookies to friends. I want to go to school tomorrow!!

My dinner

Do you know this? I like it very much! I made it. It is cheese gyouza. When I was a child, my mother always make this dish on sports day! Recently, we don't have sport day so I didn't eat. I like it so I wanted to eat. Tonight, my mother thinking dinner so I recommended. I went to shopping and bought skin of gyoza. It was not much long time to make it. It was delicious. I wanted to make again!

Cafe

I went to Ouchi Cafe with my friends at noon. Do you know that? Ouchi Cafe is near our university!! When you go out from gate which is near 3 bilding, you can find it soon. I don't know the good place. Last year, my friend told me that there is good cafe. When I went there with Haruno, English teacher, Kumiko, Kumiko, July. I was surprised! The day, I and my friends went to Ouchi cafe and ate good meal. The price is all 630 yen. If you want to eat dessert, you pay +150 yen. I can chose 3 sets. I ate an omlet containing frided rice. It was delicious. I ate dessert too. I want to go there again.

Rabbit

He gave us the sweet. The sweet is famous in Kyusyu. The sweet is made in Fukuoka. The name is ' Yuki usagi '. It has bean paste inside. Left is sweet, right is mascot of rabbit. They are both cute!

Chawanmusi

May 22th, my mother made cyawanmusi for us. I like it very much. Do you know it and do you like it too? I will talk about cyawanmusi today!

I think cywanmusi is Japanese traditional food. Most of Japanese people have eaten it. They often eat it when they go to restaurant of eel. I like broiled eel very much. Chawanmusi belongs with eel dishes.

Chawanmusi have a lot of ingredients. Main ingredient is egg and others are shiitake mushroom, honewort, shrimp, steamed fish paste, chicken and ginkgo nut. My mother doesn't like ginkgo nut so she didn't put into it.

I will search for a recipe for making it.

1. You have to prepare for ingredients.

2. You have to remove extra fat and skin from chicken and dip these in the soy sauce. After that you dip mituba in hot water.

3. You have to open eggs and dissolve and also you make a soup stock.

4. You have to strain the eggs. It makes cyawanmushi mild.

5. You mix all of the things and move container which strong for heat.

6. Most people put it into steamer but my mother put it into microwave oven.

It is delicious for me! I want to eat more. I want her to make it again. Of course I will try to make.
